This morning we woke up and had breakfast with Aunt Trish before she went to work. We then drove over the hill to San Jose to ensure Amtrak Jacqueline was not on drugs. Jacqueline passed a hearing test, vision test, drug test, physical and x-ray with flying colors.we drove back home and sat on the porch in the beautiful 75 degree weather and did Amtrak paperwork that had to be mailed out by the end of the day. Gracie helped too!
Uncle Eddy came home and grilled up some hot dogs for lunch. We then parted ways again and while Gracie was at the beach with Uncle Eddy, Michael and Jacqueline went to get passport quality photos for Amtrak and mail them the necessary paperwork.
When we got back Uncle Eddy, Michael and Jacqueline went to the dinner at the Crow's Nest where we met Aunt Trish after work. It was so beautiful sitting on the deck, watching the sail boats go by. Believe it or not we actually had two helpings of calamari!!! However they cook it in Santa Cruz is like nowhere else!
We all finished dinner and came back to the house where we all sat around the living room talking until bed time. On tomorrow's schedule is surfing in the morning and sailing in the evening! We can't wait! Tell you all about it tomorrow evening.... good night.
